It is commonly used in walnut biscuits, brown sugar biscuits, Ma Lai Go Chinese Streamed cakes, cinnamon biscuits, carrot cake or coconut cake recipes
Suggested Recipes
A good replacement is Goldtree’s Light Brown Sugar, Redman’s Brown Sugar or Caster Sugar.
