PREPARATION
Place one teaspoon of tea leaves (approx 2g) per 200ml of water into an infuser/filter bag. Place infuser/filter bag in pot, and pour freshly boiled water (100C) and close lid. After 1 minute, stir the tea and replace lid. Brew for 4 more minutes. Remove infuser/filter bag and serve. (Optional: Add milk and honey/sugar as preferred.)
