Ceremonial Matcha refers to the highest grade of Matcha leaves, characterized by a subtle hint of bitterness. The tea bushes used for Matcha cultivation are grown in shade, resulting in leaves with a vibrant green color and elevated levels of chlorophyll and L-theanine amino acid. L-theanine is recognized for its anxiety and stress-reducing properties, and when combined with caffeine, it promotes a calm yet alert mental state.

PREPARATION
To make hot Matcha Tea: 1) Add (half) tsp or 1g of Matcha powder to a small cup or bowl. Add about 150ml of water at about 80 C. Stir well or whisk until frothy. Serve immediately. Storage: Best kept refrigerated in original packaging or in a cool place. After opening, consume within 2 – 3 months.
